Blizzard StarEdit forwarder — up.

It passes this file on and adds the CORS header Blizzard's own hosts do not send:
  /StarEdit.zip  ->  https://d1x1gl6ul3bcs3.cloudfront.net/pub/starcraft/StarEdit/StarEdit.zip

Range requests are forwarded. The client reads the zip's directory and inflates the two
archives it needs, so it transfers 82 MB of the 101 MB rather than the whole file.
